GPHCDA and Partners Engage Community Representatives

The Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority and the Rainbow Heritage Group, developers of the New Port City project, today, engaged with the pioneer Committee responsible for inquiries and sensitization within the host communities, as their tenure elapsed.

The discussions focused on target goals, appraisal of the Advocacy Committee and review of project template of the New Port City project.

The Ag. Administrator of the Greater Port Harcourt City Devlopment Authority, Bar. Bennett Chu, at the validictory session, commended the host community representatives for their passion and commitment in the New Port City project. While thanking them for their contributions and wishing them well in their future endeavours, he stated that a training programme that will unvail new career opportunities is expected to commence soon for interested participants from the host communities.

 He advised them to make use of the opportunity to add value to their lives, adding that the Greater Port Harcourt City Authority will continue to encourage more synergy between the Rainbow Heritage Group and the host communities for better collaborations and partnerships.
